         <description>Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, you will help provide the highest standard of customer service, both face to face and via the telephone.The role is a varied one - and crucial to both communication for customers, staff and visitors alike. Our clients team is targeted on several areas of focus within the businessQuality focus - various factors effecting the quality of the call with the customer are measured, recorded and feedback to the individual, supporting training amp; developmentCustomer service provision - the standard of service we offer our customers and how quickly we resolve their queriesGeneral departmental performance - with a combination of individual and team performance measures based on speed of answering customers telephone calls and availability to deal with their enquiriesWe are passionate about the service we provide to our customers, and routinely review, every week, every outstanding service call to ensure we resolve our customersrsquo; calls as quickly as possible, aiming for a next working day response where possible.To ensure all visitors are received at the Reception Desk in accordance with Company Policies and Company Standards Policy.To be fully competent in the use of Switchboard, Service Director, AS400, and Microsoft Office and be able to train others in the use of these systems as required.To complete or handover any special duties or responsibilities that are assigned.To have knowledge of the facilities and departments within the business.To achieve departmental standards as defined in your Standards Manual and to follow the procedures laid down.To ensure the accuracy of all information and respect its confidentiality.
